A series of Alignment workshops ensures that executives and manager stakeholders have a clear and shared understanding of the goals and success criteria, the plan for how they will be achieved, and an understanding of roles during the process.


Recognizing that to truly establish change, it must be led from within the organization. In the “Adopt Solution” phase, front‐line managers are brought through “Lead” training, teaching them effective sales team training. Supported by an Upland Altify sales performance expert, the front‐line sales managers then lead the “Apply” sessions directly, establishing them as the leaders and experts in the minds of their teams.

Success Monitoring

With detailed 30‐60‐90 day goals, and ongoing quarterly and annual goals established up front, in the “Realize Benefit” stage, the management team focuses on measuring progress against the goals and continually coaches the sales team to adjust and improve the results.
