New ZoomInfo Integration
Now, Altify customers can take advantage of additional contact intelligence on Relationship Maps when ZoomInfo is integrated with their Salesforce org. With this integration, contacts that have left the company are flagged, and recent activity history from ZoomInfo can be viewed on a custom panel in contact cards on the Relationship Map.

Tailor Your Experience with Custom Panels
Personalization takes center stage with new custom panel options in Relationship Maps. You can now tailor the contact card interface to match your business needs, making it easier to organize information, streamline workflows, and see exactly what matters most. One example of using a custom panel is displaying the ZoomInfo activity history, as shown in the image above.
Easier Validation for Insight Maps
Altify 9.14 introduces a powerful validation feature for Insight Maps, helping sales teams ensure their strategies and account plans are complete and aligned. Now, you can confirm an insight as resolved, giving greater visibility into the progression and impact of buyer insights on your account plans.

Simplified Partner Access
Managing partnerships has never been easier. With enhanced partner access setup aligned with Salesforce Partner Portals, Altify 9.14 simplifies collaboration with your broader ecosystem. Partners can now securely contribute to account strategies and relationship mapping without added administrative complexity.

New Linking Capabilities to Account Objectives
Now you can connect tangible evidence to your account objectives by linking existing account insights and opportunities to them. This enhancement allows your revenue team to use Altify in a more integrated way by bridging goal-focused account objectives to action-based account opportunities and active, relevant account insights.
