Manage Users Assigned Services

Once Users have been created under an Account, Account managers can then assign individual services (send faxes, receive faxes) to those Users, with personalized settings.

Add a new Service to a User

If you would like to add a new Service to a User under your account;

  • log in as an Account Manager,
  • Expand the ‘Account Management’ tab and click on the ‘Services’ menu item,
  • If you have no services assigned, you will be taken straight to the add service window.
  • In the Header section at the top of the page, click the Add Link icon to ‘Add service’,
  • A pop up window will be displayed;

  • In the ‘Owner’ text box, enter the username for the User you wish to add the service to,
  • Once you type at least 2 letters, suggested usernames will be displayed and you can click on the name to select.
  • Enter a ‘Welcome email address’ if you wish to notify someone by email that the service has been added,
  • Select the service you wish to add and personalize the available options, according to your requirements,
  • Click the ‘Ok’ link to save.

Close a Users service

If you would like to close a specific service for a User:

  • log in as an account manager,
  • Expand the ‘Account Management’ tab and click on the ‘Services’ menu item,

  • Locate the service you wish to close in the list, click the more options link on the right hand side More Options Link then click on ‘Close Service’.
  • Enter your password to confirm and click ‘Ok’ to save.

Searching services

You can use the search function in the header section to search and filter all User services:

  • log in as an account manager,
  • Expand the ‘Account Management’ tab and click on the ‘Services’ menu item,
  • In the header section, click on the search icon Search Icon,
  • Define the ‘Service Type’ and/or the username of the User the service is assigned to and click on the ‘Search’ link.
