Faxing with SalesForce

Upland InterFAX’s Salesforce Faxing API allows organizations to embed faxing capabilities into their Salesforce experience, enabling the ability to both send and receive fax communications from within the Salesforce interface.

  • Send and receive documents from within Salesforce
  • Broadcast faxes to multiple recipients
  • Reduce costs with attractive price plans based on your transmissions

How does it work?

InterFAX is a cloud-based fax service that uses email-to-fax functionality, documents are sent from Salesforce as email attachments, with the email containing the fax destination number as the address. Our online fax servers receive the email and handle fax sending. Alternatively, our fax servers can also receive faxes on a dedicated number and route them to your Salesforce account, or any other email address.

Enabling InterFAX functionality within Salesforce requires a quick setup, please see the guides – here

Delivery Confirmation

We can send you a confirmation email to ensure delivery.
Select a confirmation policy to receive an email upon success, failure, or for all fax activity. You can also determine how fax transmission failures should be handled, and the number of retries upon busy or no answer signals.

Bulk Fax Broadcasting

InterFAX lets you efficiently distribute bulk faxes to a large customer base.
With plentiful lines, our online fax servers can handle large number of faxes at any given moment, sending a fax to 10,000 recipients is as easy as sending it to a single recipient.
