InterFAX offers many options for sharing, organizing and managing received faxes and documents.
Viewing received faxes and documents
There are a number of ways Users can view faxes and documents, however the way documents can be received and viewed depends upon your security settings.

Sharing and Auto-Sharing faxes and documents
Received transactions can be shared individually or automatically, and can be shared with single Users, multiple Users, or groups of Users that can be created by Account Managers.

Organizing and Searching received faxes and documents
Each received item will have several properties such as ‘time received’, ‘number of pages’, ‘shared time’ and ‘owner’, all of which can be used to search the Inbox.
Received items can be further organized by adding tags, a unique reference, document names and/or customized properties, which can then be used to manage, search and organize documents.
