Open Q&A goals
Our goal is to provide our customers with education opportunities to ensure full understanding and use of Kapost. In addition to your Customer Success Manager and other available resources, our weekly Q&A sessions provide a space for you to find answers to your questions and also collaborate by learning from other users.
All sessions last at least 15 minutes and up to one hour. The call may be shorter than an hour if all questions have been answered.
Sessions are held on Wednesday of every week at alternating times. We will cancel sessions for holidays.
The Q&A sessions will be delivered via Zoom. Once you register, the link to join will be sent to you.
How to Register
Register for any session by clicking the corresponding link to your preferred date in the section below. As part of the registration, you will write in the question that you would like answered. If you don’t have a specific question in mind, come anyway and just listen in.
What type of questions should I ask?
You are welcome to ask any question regarding content operations, functionality in Kapost or best practices. When giving a live demo, the instructor will use a demo version of Kapost. If the answer to your question requires detail specific to your organization’s Kapost instance, set up time with your Customer Success Manager as a follow up for further help.
