Referral Program Terms & Conditions

• You must work for an organization that is a current customer of Upland Mobile Messaging.
• The referral must be a new qualified lead with no existing opportunities or contracts for their organization (we’ll let you know if there are any).
• If your referral’s organization becomes a qualified opportunity within 90 days, we’ll donate $100 to a nonprofit of your choice.
• If your friend becomes an Upland Mobile Messaging customer within 180 days of being an opportunity, we’ll donate another $400 to your chosen nonprofit.
• The nonprofit receiving the donation must be a 501(c)(3) organization. Work for a nonprofit and want the donation to go to your own organization? No problem!
