Meet Yancey Joiner, Customer Success Manager

For those who haven’t met Yancey yet, he is the Customer Success Manager for PowerSteering. He is focused on helping customers get the most out of PowerSteering. He has been working with many customers to review and deploy Upland Analytics, a business intelligence tool embedded in PowerSteering that provides deep analytics capability for better understanding of portfolio and project data.

5. Favorite thing to do on the weekend / favorite TV show, movie or book

  • I cycle about 160 miles a weekend

6. Do you have any pets?

  • Yes, one dog named Jake

7. What do you love most about your job?

  • I love seeing new technology being created by our product team, and then seeing that vision come alive in the customer production environment. I like to think my role provides that needed continuity between Upland and our customers.

8. What is one piece of advice you would like our customers to know?

  • I would want them to know how hard everyone works to ensure we deliver on our development and project delivery milestones. This is a company that is comprised of individuals that go the extra step to ensure that our actions and deliverables exceed out commitments to our client.

9. What work project were you working on recently? And what are you working on currently?

  • I am currently working with many customers to review and deploy Upland Analytics. Upland Analytics is our reporting platform that will ensure that our customers have the most up to date business intelligence tools embedded in PowerSteering from a reporting standpoint. I am working with customers to identify and refine their reporting strategy to maximize the impact Upland Analytics can have in their environment. Like I said before it’s a game change to see cutting edge technology developed by our product teams and then be an integral part of how our customers choose to deploy and drive value from our products.
