Well, we didn’t make it to Pyeongchang for the Olympics this year, but we did bring home a bronze!
That is, a bronze Stevie Award, for the Sales Enablement Solution – New Version category at the 12th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals.
Chosen out of a pool of more than 2,500 nominations, Qvidian was honored with the bronze due to the newest version of our RFP and proposal automation software. This software allows both sales and proposal teams to streamline RFP and proposal collaboration and consolidate the content creation process so high-quality documents can be created more quickly. Our newest features include:
- AutoFill capabilities – by automatically recommending and filling in the best answer, AutoFill accelerates the time it takes to create an RFP first draft. This new functionality is also best used in future bids as the system continues to improve its answer recommendations by using the best content created by the SMEs.
- Build RFP packages – RFPs are not just about the questionnaire; they involve many documents. This feature combines title pages, questionnaires, charts, and other content for complete RFP response packages all in one place—and all inside your company-approved templates and brand standards.
- Proposal template – this feature provides a starting point for RFP and proposal teams to structure package documents.
