This magazine secured a local realtor to sponsor this Free Mortgage Sweepstakes. This was a perfect campaign to directly target existing and potential local homeowners. The contest collected nearly 2,000 entries and added over 900 opt-ins to the magazine’s email database. But the most exciting result of the campaign – the sponsor received over 400 leads and 400 opt-ins!

KMSO-FM sold their Free Groceries for a Year sweepstakes to Missoula Fresh Market for $3,500. The station included three lead-generation questions on the entry form. The station included lead-generation questions so the advertiser could easily identify their leads and reach out via email.

The Athens Messenger secured two local sponsors for this Free Groceries for a Year sweepstakes: a country market and a credit union. The market advertiser also gave away five $100 gift cards to random entrants to drive even more traffic.

The entry form of the sweepstakes included three lead-generation questions to gather valuable user information about their shopping preferences, which was a benefit to both advertisers and the paper. Over 500 people entered the contest and 90% of those users opt-ed in for emails from the market advertiser!
