This also covers the Platforms within the aforementioned Websites and our Mobile Applications. - Contact information such as name, email address, mailing address and phone number
- As is true of most websites, we automatically gather information about your computer, such as your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages and operating system, and general geo location (we do not collect precise geo location). - Unique identifiers such as social security number, employee identification numbers and employee records
- Device identifiers such as system and performance information when you download and use our Mobile Applications
You can log in to some of our Platforms by using sign-in services through our Client’s website. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign up forms.
Note that when you are using the Platforms, Upland collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal information it processes.
We use this information to:
- Send you requested product or service information
- Respond to customer service requests
- Send you a newsletter and/or marketing emails
We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our mobile software on your phone. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information you submit within the Mobile Applications.
You can log in to our site using sign-in services such as Facebook Connect or an Open ID provider. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign up form. Services like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your activities on this Web site to your profile page to share with others within your network.

We post customer testimonials, comments, and reviews on our Websites, which may contain personal information. We do obtain the customer’s consent via email prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will also retain personal information we process on behalf of our Clients in the aforementioned manner.
