Martin Hill-Wilson is a long-standing member of the CX and Customer Contact community and an experienced business and thought leader in customer strategy, design, and practice. Over his career, he has held senior roles across consulting, BPO, and systems integration before establishing himself as an independent advisor, consultant, facilitator, and conversation host.

Martin has launched numerous change initiatives using the dynamic of action-based learning. Most recently AI for Non-Technical Minds – all designed to disrupt and reset the ‘art of the possible’ through new operating models powered by foundational user education.

He is also a regular awards judge, industry chair, and advocate for innovation in customer experience and service design. Martin also researches and produces thought leadership articles and whitepapers, including Knowledge Under Pressure: Why 2026 Trends Make Governed Guidance Essential for Regulated Contact Centers, penned for Upland Panviva.
