Steven Coles, CPP.APMP Fellow is Director, Strategy & Customer Success at Upland Qvidian. Steven’s career in bids and proposals spans 30 years in leadership, individual contributor, and consultant roles across the defense, telecommunications, facilities management, and information technology sectors. An APMP member since 2002, for his service to the profession and his leadership of APMP, Steven was awarded APMP’s highest honor, the William C. McRae Founders’ Award in 2023, as well as receiving APMP Fellow status in 2024.
