Community

We care about our community. Our Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program provides Upland employees eight hours of paid time each quarter to make a positive difference in their community by volunteering with charities and community organizations of their choosing, either individually or as part of a team.

Upland regularly donates to food banks located around the world where our employees live and work. These organizations are all focused on supporting those most vulnerable and make an incredible impact on their communities.

Upland Cares

The Lincoln, Nebraska office used a Friday afternoon to pick up litter in Holmes Lake Park. The team had fun chatting and walking the shoreline as they picked up plastic bags, water bottles, and believe it or not, a whole pineapple! They ended the day with slices and drinks at Yia Yia’s Pizza.

Upland Cares

The Dublin Uplanders participated in Clash of the Companies, a team-building event to raise money for sick children in Ireland. This year, the funds went to the National Pediatric Liver service. Competing teams had two hours to solve as many puzzles as possible and tackle all the physical challenges. Team Upland gave it their best shot and had fun along the way.

UK and Ireland-based Uplanders gathered to support this year’s Salesforce Charity Soccer event in London. The event helped raise over $6,000 for British Children’s Charity the NSPCC. The Upland team was represented by Charles Goodall, Leighton Wright, Martin Cummins, Adam Stephens, Anna Foster, Chris Rome, Elizabeth Davey, Niall O’Reilly, and Andy Scott. Way to go, team!
