Safety of our People and Communities
We have closed our offices and all Upland team members are working remotely at this time. We have eliminated all travel and group meetings. We are continuing to educate our team members about safety using the guidance of local, national, and international organizations, including the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control.
Availability of our Platform
Our platform runs in an enterprise-class, cloud-based infrastructure. We have well developed continuity plans and have teams in place around the world to support ongoing operation. For our external technical service providers, such as cloud infrastructure vendors, we partner with only the most sophisticated, enterprise-grade, global organizations, who themselves have also been ahead of the curve in best-practices during this outbreak.
Availability of our Global Teams
We remain fully operational across our organization. Upland InGenius Global Support has been, and continues to be, available through email and phone.
