The Cimpl FIFA World Cup Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Upland Software, Inc. (“Sponsor”). By entering the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.- Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry and who are currently employed in one of the following professional roles: IT, Finance, Procurement, Telecom, Network, or Operations, or in a role substantially similar, within an organization that manages enterprise technology or telecommunications spend.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and representatives of Upland Software, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and any persons residing in the same household as such individuals, are not eligible to participate.
The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to verify eligibility, including but not limited to residency, age, employment status, and professional role. Entries that do not meet the eligibility requirements will be deemed void.
- Contest Period
The Contest begins on March 10, 2026, at 8:00 AM, Mountain Time (MT), ends on June 19, 2026, at 11:59 PM MT (“Contest Period”). Entries submitted outside of the Contest Period will not be accepted.
- How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the official entry form on the Cimpl website, including:
A. First and last name
B. Work email
C. Company name
D. Phone number
E. Job title
F. Confirmation of Canadian residence
G. Answer to the skill‑testing question (required)
H. Consent to receive marketing emails (optional)
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period.
- Prize
There is one (1) prize available to be won, consisting of:
A. Two (2) tickets to FIFA World Cup™ 2026 – Match 85, taking place on Thursday, July 2, 2026 at 8:00 PM.
B. Approximate retail value (ARV): Market value at the time of purchase of $2000 CAD, which may vary depending on the market conditions at the actual time of purchase.
C. Travel, accommodation, meals, transportation, and all other expenses are NOT included and are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prize must be accepted as awarded. It is not transferable, assignable, refundable, or redeemable for cash, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. If the winner is unable to accept the prize for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner in accordance with these rules.
- Winner Selection
A random draw from all eligible entries will be conducted by the Sponsor on June 23, 2026.
The selected entrant will be contacted by email on June 23, 2026, at approximately 5:00 PM MT.
To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must:
A. Respond to the notification within three (3) business days of the email being sent (or such other reasonable time as specified in the email),
B. Correctly answer a mathematical skill‑testing question without assistance,
C. Sign and return a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release.
If the selected entrant fails to meet any of these requirements within the specified time period, they will be disqualified, and an alternate entrant will be selected in the same manner until a qualified winner is confirmed or until all eligible entries are exhausted.
- Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
- Limitation of Liability
By entering the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.To extent permitted by applicable law, the Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
General Conditions
A. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest in whole or in part for any reason, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, if any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these rules, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or any issue beyond its reasonable control.
A. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Contest.
B. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.
C. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles, with the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, having exclusive jurisdiction.
D. Void where prohibited.
Privacy
Personal information may be collected in connection with the Contest, and will be used by the Sponsor solely for the purposes of administering the Contest, verifying eligibility, and awarding the prize, and otherwise in accordance with Upland Software’s Privacy Policy available at https://uplandsoftware.com/privacy/. By participating in this Contest, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for these purposes in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Entrants may optionally consent to receive marketing communications from the Sponsor. Such consent is not a condition of entry and may be withdrawn at any time in accordance with applicable law.
Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the Sponsor’s use of their name and city/province, and likeness for promotional purposes without further consideration or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
