The Restaurant Leadership Conference is a restaurant industry gathering, rounding up the field’s most notable masterminds from April 9-12 in Scottsdale, AZ. Last year was full of great panels, conversations and meet and greets and we’re anticipating the same this year!

This is another high-end, insightful event that’s a great addition to your events calendar if it’s not already on there. Learning to establish and maintain your customer relationships is one of the most critical issues for marketers within the digital age. As customers engage with more and more companies through different mobile applications and interfaces, finding the strategies that work best for your company becomes increasingly complex.

How do you emphasize personalization and elevate brand loyalty today? Cyberspace clutter often forces our messages to get lost, which is why brands can’t afford to lose human interactions and face to face communication.

This year, the Restaurant Leadership Conference addresses “Return on Relationships,” focusing on building customer relationships in exchange for financial gains.

We’re thrilled to see so many big players on the 2017 agenda!

Panel highlights include top industry execs including but not limited to a CEO Power Panel featuring CEOs of California Pizza Kitchen, Subway, The Wendy’s Company, and the National Restaurant Association. Together, they will review the industry in its entirety while addressing macro trends within the restaurant industry, unionization, and personal leadership insights.

Senior director of culture strategy and innovation at PepsiCo Foodservice, Carlos Saavedra, will host one of the panels within the Innovation Forum on Tuesday, April 11. “Fringe Today, Mainstream Tomorrow: Staying Culturally Relevant in an Age of Exponential Change” will discuss how to capture today’s creative audience by sharing tactics that adhere to cutting edge mainstream preferences.

We’re excited to see our customers participate in a panel, with Gail Seanor, senior director of marketing technology at TGI Fridays, exploring successful ways to drive customer engagement in an ever so competitive market. On Wednesday, April 12, she will join SVP and managing director of Rauxa, Marc DiFigueiredo among others to speak to “How to Deliver Omnichannel Journey’s: 5 Innovation to Drive Success” as a part of RLC’s Innovation Forum series.

Moreover, as proud sponsors of the 2017 Restaurant Leadership Conference, we will have a few members from the team in attendance. Joining the conference will be Waterfall’s SVP sales Jay O’Sullivan, director of sales Tom Imboden, and head of strategy Matt Silk, which will help run an interactive contest on behalf of the Waterfall team. Stay tuned for details on prizes and more!

In the meantime, if you’d like to schedule a meeting or demo with us during the conference, email us.

The event will take place at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa.
