Montreal-based Software Business is now Called Cimpl
- Etelesolv is now called Cimpl.

MONTREAL, QC, CANADA [MONDAY, JANUARY 25th, 2016] – Etelesolv announced today that they have officially changed the name of the company to Cimpl. This change enhances the company image as it expands its offering from telecom expense management to providing broader technology expense management, including IT, cloud, and telecommunication services.
Etelesolv has come a long way since its humble beginnings in 2000. Christopher Thierry co-founded the company with the goal to create e-commerce portals for telecommunication companies. Ordering mobile phones was not the only challenge faced by large enterprises as the proliferation of mobile devices and services amongst employees was starting to take a toll on the IT budget, and it needed to be better managed. Identifying an opportunity in the market, Etelesolv launched Telemanager in 2006 and helped define an industry now called Telecom Expense Management or commonly called TEM.
