KY3-TV partnered with Play It Again Sports, a local fitness resale shop, to give away a $300 gift card with this turnkey fitness IQ quiz. They included an email opt-in and three lead-generation questions for the advertiser to learn additional valuable information on potential customers. Over 870 people took the quiz and 509 opt-ed in for the station newsletter. The sponsor collected 325 opt-ins for their email database and 243 hot leads for prospective customers.

To drive participation, they provided membership prizes for three lucky quiz takers. Over 660 people took the quiz and 360 of those users opt-ed in for emails from the sponsor.
