Our commitment
At Objectif Lune, we are committed to providing high-quality software and services to all our clients, around the world. As part of our Product Life Cycle planning process, we review the commercial and technical viability of our product portfolio every 6 months and adjust product statuses as needed.
To ensure the high level of support that customers and partners expect from Objectif Lune, we work hard to provide timely patches and fixes to issues that arise, for all our current products. As better, more-evolved technologies and innovations come to market, we adjust our focus to embrace those that are more ready for the future. We then review our product line-up and begin to transition “current” products towards “maintenance mode” and eventually to “end-of-life” status.

Current products
Current OL products are generally available for purchase and are considered the present-day active product line-up. Products in this status enjoy two regular feature updates per year and ongoing product development from our R&D team. Product training courses are available and new software licenses may be purchased at any time. Product maintenance contracts, also known as OL Care, can also be purchased or renewed for all current OL products.

Maintenance mode products
Maintenance mode products
PReS Suite is in Maintenance Mode status as of January 1st, 2022.
In Maintenance Mode, we continue to support products for partners and customers who hold valid OL Care contracts by providing assistance and/or workarounds to resolve issues. While no further product development occurs at this stage, we may still release patches to address reported major bugs that we are able to reproduce and fix. In this product stage, Objectif Lune will continue to provide training, sell new software licenses, and OL Care contracts.*
*Please note that some regions may not provide training, new licenses, or OL Care contracts for products in Maintenance Mode. Please contact your local OL representative for complete details.
As we move these products to “maintenance mode” status, we advise customers to seriously consider alternative options as soon as possible. Contact your reseller or OL sales representative to discuss product alternatives and consider migration to newer platforms such as, OL Connect.
OL Connect provides access to modern and future-proof technology. Objectif Lune’s R&D team is laser-focused to innovate the platform and ensure that your productivity and business continuity achieve peak performance.

End of life products
We have further developed our technology with the introduction of our OL Connect platform, which offers modern document composition and process automation functionalities. Therefore, the products in this stage have reached the end of their commercial viability and will either be phased out or are now discontinued.
Below is the list of our products entering end-of-life status. These products will be phased out according to the timeline below until their end-of-life date.
