Qvidian helps us create professional proposals, and it’s intuitive enough to learn and reuse the responses our Sales and Bid teams use most often. It also has many useful functions that make day-to-day work much easier such as content management. Our dedicated customer service team is very knowledgeable and always there to assist us with any questions that come up. I think the Qvidian/SF integration is fantastic and I am really looking forward to AI Assist.

I am impressed by the many areas of support especially from our Customer Success Manager, Sophie. She is always available to assist and answer questions as well as being very knowledgeable. The other areas of support are the complimentary Q & A sessions which provide live hands-on support on any topic by an experienced Upland Qvidian training specialist. These sessions have proven invaluable as we are able to dig in deep and really hash out issues live to come to resolutions - very satisfying! We can also submit tickets to the support team which is very helpful. I've used all modes of support and they cover all my needs. Qvidian is a powerful and robust tool so having all these means of support offer us the means to learn and move forward efficiently and swiftly with confidence. In addition to the support resources, I enjoy the functionality of the library and document type architecture - very logically and intuitively designed. Also, integration with Microsoft Office products including plug-ins makes it familiar and contributes further to its ease of use. I am excited to learning more about Qvidian's AI Assist feature - I can already see how valuable it will be to perform tasks quickly with improved quality, customization, and professionalism.

We used to just have a Sharepoint that was a dumping ground for content to use in RFPs. Qvidian is much more suitable for purpose and easy to navigate, thus reducing the time spent on writing each RFP.

Over the last few years, I’ve been contacted by several competing proposal management software companies with claims of a better product at a better price. In pretty much every case, I’ve found that after a short conversation the software is more expensive and does not have the robust functionality that Qvidian has. If there’s a better (or even similar) product on the market, I haven’t seen it. Qvidian speeds our time of response and automates many processes that would otherwise be manual.
