Over the last few years, I’ve been contacted by several competing proposal management software companies with claims of a better product at a better price. In pretty much every case, I’ve found that after a short conversation the software is more expensive and does not have the robust functionality that Qvidian has. If there’s a better (or even similar) product on the market, I haven’t seen it. Qvidian speeds our time of response and automates many processes that would otherwise be manual.

Qvidian is the major tool on which our RFP team relies on when answering to client questions. We use it as a knowledge database but also as a tool to create our RFP template forms. It is easy to use, fast and it completely meets our expectations and needs. Qvidian saves me a lot of time because with it I can prepare in a few minutes a brand new RFP template ready to use. There are two ultimate highlights of Qvidian: firstly, the Library and its ease of use and searchability, and secondly the intuitive interface of the Qvidian platform. The Library has become a go-to source of intellectual capital within our business, enabling self-service of information by myriad end users who would formerly burden individual SMEs directly with repetitive queries. As our business has evolved and grown we are seeing ever-more complex RfPs and the Library is an essential resource to enable a small RfP team complete a first draft of the response; we are typically able to complete at least 75% of an RfP with a response from the Library, then use the in-built workflow collaboration / participation tools to engage with SMEs to complete the rest with minimal off-platform admin (email or messaging). The user interface is super intuitive and has recently received a stylish and minimalist revamp. In fact, the initial user dashboard and Library interfaces are so intuitive that we have cases where staff have been able to participate in RfPs and search the Library just through exploring on their own and without any training.
