Last month we had the pleasure of exhibiting at CX18, a Genesys conference focused on how behavior and technology are transforming customer experience. It was our first year going, and I have to say it was quite the show!
Right from day 1, our team was all smiles, ready and waiting for all the attendees to enter the Partner Pavilion.
Once the show opened, there was barely a moment when the team wasn’t busy talking to someone or giving a demo.
Since January, InGenius has been a Genesys partner, integrating Genesys PureEngage into ServiceNow. Just before CX18, we announced that we released a new integration for Genesys and Microsoft Dynamics 365 as well. Since our solution can be fully integrated into Genesys PureEngage, we’re listed on the AppFoundry marketplace.
As an AppFoundry Partner, we had the opportunity to participate in the CX18 Partner Demo Battle, competing to be named the AppFoundry App of the Year. Our CEO, Dale Gantous, had the floor to introduce us and our demo.
It was a tough field, with 12 partners sharing their AppFoundry apps. Even though we didn’t win, (congrats to Avtex!), it was an awesome experience to be part of, and we’re pretty proud of our demo. So proud in fact, that I’d hate for you to miss it, so I’ve included it here:
CX18 was already shaping up to be a successful show for us, but then we got a big surprise on the second day when we were named the Genesys AppFoundry Emerging Partner of the Year!
Since our partnership with Genesys began, we’ve been actively working to keep growing and expand our opportunities. Our team has worked hard to familiarize themselves with the Genesys solution and the benefits our integrations with ServiceNow and Microsoft Dynamics 365 bring to our customers. We’ve also been reaching out to the Genesys team for deals in the pipeline, and familiarizing ourselves with the Genesys ecosystem by sponsoring events like the Genesys Sales Kick Off 2018 and CX18. It’s wonderful that the Genesys team has been so receptive to working with us too, and recognized the potential in our partnership with this award. We can’t wait to see how else we can grow!
The rest of the show was just as much fun, with our team heading out to the conference events after hours.
Plus, we fit in some team bonding of our own. This year’s conference is barely over, but we’re already looking forward to CX19.
