This certification ensures that Avaya customers can continue to be confident that their telephony system can be integrated reliably with their CRM using the latest release of InGenius Connector Enterprise and Avaya Aura® 6.3 without the need for dedicated DMCC licenses.
Features such as click-to-dial, screen-pop, call control, agent login and state changes, and IVR data integration, were all tested and approved.
