In recent interviews with senior IT Executives; Knowledge Managers and Project Managers shared very practical lessons learned in successfully utilizing Knowledge Management (KM) tools and practices to support business and technology deployments. By focusing on the successful resulting end, they strategized, planned, teamed, communicated, trained, deployed, measured and reported increased buy‐in and adoption, traction of desired behaviors and empirical benefits. Rapid technology advances are forcing radical changes impacting IT organizational structure, culture, leadership, and careers.
