Much of the power behind a useful experience at the device is providing users the ability to add metadata to be associated with the content. With AccuRoute, administrators can prompt users for specific data that needs to be associated with the document. Administrators can create drop-down pick-lists and can even have different varieties of fields triggered based on user responses. AccuRoute’s Universal Device Client (UDC) also simplifies rollout and reduces training for even the most complex and disparate business environments.
