Interface Shares Success Story at Clickability Customer Event in NYC

We recently had the pleasure of holding a Clickability customer event in New York. It was great meeting with customers and prospects to hear about their digital marketing initiatives and what they’re looking to do in the near future. It was also a nice opportunity to showcase our new UI and maintain an open dialogue with our customers.

We were fortunate to have Santosh Soni of Interface, a customer since 2012, enthusiastically speak at the event about working with Clickability as Interface launches a new website and expands globally. Headquartered in Atlanta, Interface is the world’s largest manufacturer of commercial carpet tile and leads the industry in environmental sustainability. Since its founding in 1973, Interface has grown into a billion-dollar corporation, with sales in 110 countries and manufacturing facilities on four continents.

Santosh discussed how prior to implementing Clickability, Interface wasn’t using a web content management system, so publishing content was a very time-consuming process. Marketing had no control over publishing content and was forced to rely on IT to make even the smallest changes, limiting their ability to provide an engaging web experience. When Interface decided to redesign its website, its top priority was to find a WCM platform that could support the evolution of its brand and its plans for further expansion throughout Europe and Asia.

According to Santosh, Interface chose Clickability for the following capabilities:

  • Easy to use for non-technical marketers: Interface’s marketers can now quickly publish content without any reliance on their IT team, giving them more control than they’ve ever had over web content and presentation.
  • Globalization: Clickability’s multi-site management and translation workflow capabilities make it easy for marketing to publish more languages and sites – critical as Interface.com moves from 5 languages to 20 and expands its global presence to additional countries throughout Europe and Asia over the next two years.
  • Seamless Integration: Interface easily integrated web content from Clickability into its enterprise search system, and also integrated Clickability with its existing e-commerce and video management systems. According to Santosh, there were no configuration changes and no code changes required – the process was seamless.
  • Partnership: Santosh saw the Clickability team as a true partner, stating that within 5 hours, the team understood Interface’s vision and had a two year plan in place.

The results:

Since implementing Clickability, website views, time spent on each page, and overall registrations on Interface.com have been growing, while bounce rate and cart abandonment have been decreasing. As Santosh stated, Clickability was the right solution for both IT and business.
