Sage, Marks & Spencer, and Rank Group are among those to receive a Ravee at the annual Upland Rant & Rave customer awards ceremony, part of Raveolution 2018 in London, England, November 8.
AUSTIN, Texas — November 19, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Upland Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: UPLD), a leader in cloud-based Enterprise Work Management software, today announced the winners of The Ravees, the annual Upland Rant & Rave customer awards, which were presented at the Customer Engagement Raveolution 2018 in London, England, November 8.
Now in its second year, The Ravees celebrate the brands that stand out from the crowd when it comes to customer engagement. Comprised of five categories, the ceremony not only provides an opportunity to celebrate the organizations who are acting on real-time feedback to enhance the customer experience, but also the frontline heroes who go the extra mile to make these service improvements a reality.
The ‘Most Disruptive CX Program’ award recognizes those that do things differently, making waves in their sector and challenging the status quo. The winner, Rank Group, was commended for going the extra mile to create a fair and equal service. Peter Young, Systems and Campaign Manager at Rank Group, said “It feels great to win and the award has taken pride of place in the cabinet! The event was fantastic, and it was great to see our video on the huge screen – despite being a little nerve-racking! It’s great to see another brand look to excite and entertain their customers as we do.”
The ‘Raving Customers’ award acknowledges the companies that are wowing their customers and putting them at the heart of everything they do. The winner for the second year running, UK Power Networks, was chosen because of their incredible CSAT scores, as well as how they share customer feedback across the entire business. Alex Williams, Service Delivery Manager at UK Power Networks, said “It was an absolute honor to be recognized in The Ravee’s, especially as it was in the Raving Customer category. We are extremely passionate about providing great service to our customers – to then win against all the other companies that work with Rant & Rave, who are equally as passionate, makes the win special.”
The ‘Above and Beyond’ award enables businesses to celebrate the employees that are consistently passionate about their customers and inspire those around them. The winner, Charlene Begg, from extraenergy was praised for going beyond the call of duty. Charlene’s colleagues from the extraenergy Complaints Team were also specially selected for the ‘Raver’s Choice’ award, for their dedication to transforming not just the customer experience, but the company culture too. Harriet Emerson, Head of Customer Care at extraenergy said “So proud of the extraenergy teams winning their first service awards for ‘going above and beyond’ for their customers. After a year of hard work and dedication it was great to see them recognized based on what customers felt about their experience with us. Thanks again to Wendy Jones and the Rant & Rave team for all their support on our journey.”
The ‘Totally Transparent’ award honors the brands that have been clear about their challenges and are being transparent with their customers by closing the loop. The winner, Sage, was selected for their speedy recovery loops and attention to making things right for customers. Marc Walmsley, Customer Experience Project Manager at Sage, said “We’re thrilled to win the transparency award. The journey over the last 2 years or so with Rant & Rave has provided us with so many meaningful insights and has played a huge part in not only shifting our colleague’s behavior towards customers, but also helped to embed the customer at the heart of everything we do. This award is a testament to the hard work of the UKI and Central CX teams.”
The ‘Together Team’ award recognizes the teams that are a glowing example of their company and its customer centricity. The winner, Marks & Spencer (M&S), was commended for working together on one platform, across 3 geographical locations. Julie Coyle, Partnerships Manager at M&S said, “At M&S we put the customer at the heart of everything we do so it’s great to be recognized at the Rant & Rave Awards. We’re very proud to have won the “Together Team” category following the transition of all our sites on to the Rant & Rave platform, this change has helped us work better as a team and ultimately better serve our customers.”
