Describe a typical day as a Qvidian Customer Success Manager
A typical day as a Qvidian CSM centers on driving value and alignment. I meet with clients to track progress against their goals, projects, and key initiatives, ensuring we stay on course. Internally, I collaborate with product teams to discuss the roadmap and advocate for customer-driven enhancements. I also partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customers are fully supported and achieving their desired business outcomes. Every day is a balance of relationship building, strategic alignment, and internal coordination, all focused on delivering meaningful results for our customers.
How do you help Qvidian customers?
I help Qvidian customers succeed by keeping their goals front and center. I regularly track progress against key action items and projects to ensure momentum and accountability. I serve as the customer’s advocate internally, partnering with teams to address needs and drive improvements. My goal is to be a strategic partner, guiding customers on best practices and helping them maximize the value of their investment. My focus is always on delivering measurable outcomes and ensuring our customers see long-term success with Qvidian.
In your own words, what makes Qvidian unique?
Qvidian is unique because of the depth and maturity of its platform, shaped by decades of experience in the proposal space. The product offers a robust set of features designed to support complex, high stakes responses. What truly sets Qvidian apart is its people, many of whom bring deep industry knowledge and long tenure, enabling them to provide meaningful guidance to customers. As part of Upland Software, Qvidian also offers access to a broader portfolio of solutions, giving customers additional opportunities to expand value and support their evolving business needs.
What industry trends are you excited about?
I’m excited about the evolution of AI and its impact on the bid and proposal space. It’s transforming how teams work by driving efficiencies, streamlining processes, and enabling smarter decision making. I’m especially excited about Qvidian’s AI roadmap and how it will help customers reduce manual tasks, focus on high value strategic work, and ultimately win more bids.
Why did you choose customer success as a career?
I chose a career in customer success because I genuinely enjoy partnering with customers to understand their business, workflows, and objectives. It’s rewarding to help them translate those goals into measurable outcomes and ensure they’re maximizing the value of their investment. Every customer brings a unique set of challenges and opportunities, which keeps the role dynamic and engaging. Being able to build strong relationships while driving meaningful impact is what makes customer success such a fulfilling career for me.
What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy making the most of the warmer months by spending time outdoors, especially boating, hiking, and camping. When I’m not outside, I like listening to live music and watching true crime documentaries. I value time with friends and family and enjoy cooking, often hosting gatherings where I can try new dishes. I also love traveling and exploring new places whenever I can. Photography has been a long-time passion of mine, and I especially enjoy capturing new places and experiences along the way.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors during the warmer months, whether at the beach, boating, hiking, camping, or relaxing with friends around a fire. She also enjoys traveling, photography, live music, and cooking.
