Rant & Rave is partnering with our housing association customers to ensure success and compliance with new Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM). Learn about the services we offer to help you use Rant & Rave to capture and report on the required survey elements.
Our out-of-the-box offering includes a templated webform survey containing the 12 TSM questions, and a dedicated set of reports that would sit within your existing Rant & Rave Discover environment.
