InterFAX’s new User Interface enhances the user experience by incorporating UI best practices and Upland standards for accessibility. The new UI will replace our legacy interfaces, Secure and CP, to standardize the user experience.
At Upland, we know that product innovations are only possible by giving our customers the chance to provide their feedback. Beginning today, you can gain immediate early access to InterFAX’s sleek new User Interface and give us your thoughts on the updates and improved user experience. Most importantly, this UI change will allow smoother integrations with other Upland Document Workflow products to create a more reliable and feature-filled roadmap. Share your feedback with us or reach out with any issues or questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.

New feature! Print to Fax Driver
In addition to the new User Interface, we have added the ability for InterFAX to be utilized through a new downloadable print driver by selecting “Print to Fax” as a printer in the print dialogue of any application. You can find access to download the Print to Fax Driver on the top right dropdown navigation next to the InterFAX logo. Select “Download Print to Fax” to start the download and step through the installation prompts. Done! Now you can submit a fax through InterFAX from any print-enabled application. Simply choose the “Print to Fax” printer when printing any document, enter metadata, and send the fax.
What else can I expect?
This new UI provides a more sleek “Upland feel” to the product. By adhering to the Upland standard model, we not only give users what they’re used to seeing, but the update allows us to provide more advanced and impactful feature updates down the road.
Please note: “Early access” does mean that the product is in an early stage of release. Customer feedback drives our product enhancements and will help us improve as we move toward our end goal of sunsetting legacy interfaces by the second half of 2022.
