If you’re familiar with Salesforce, you might already know of their annual user conference, Dreamforce. This year, it will be in San Francisco from September 25-28, and this conference is big. Like 170,000 attendees big. And here at InGenius, it’s our biggest show of the year, which means we have a lot to share with you!

We’ll be set up in booth #1821 in the Customer Success Expo Hall demoing InGenius Connector Enterprise so you can see what computer telephony integration (CTI) features like screen pop, click-to-dial, and automated call logging look like in Salesforce. Insider alert: there are a couple of soon-to-be-announced new features that we’re also excited to be demoing this year. For those of you focused on Salesforce Service Cloud, we’ll also be in kiosk 7 in the Service Lodge (held in the San Francisco Marriott Marquis), where more of our talented team will be available to answer your questions.

InGenius blended agent – it really works
A trend we’ve been seeing is a move toward blended agents – teams that don’t just spend their time on the phones but also might deal with customers or prospects through email or chat. One of our customers, United Wholesale Mortgage, is successfully using InGenius blended agent and Salesforce Omni-Channel to improve their agent productivity by 50%. We, of course, love hearing about how InGenius is helping make our customers’ jobs better, but we also know that real-world examples are the best way to see how our CTI solution can work for you. Our CEO, Dale Gantous, and Justin Glass, the Chief Digital Officer at United Wholesale Mortgage, will be giving a talk on what bringing voice and digital channels into Salesforce has meant for the UWM team on September 26 at 3:30 pm in the Marriot Marquis. Justin will also be speaking at the Dreamforce session Redefining the Possible in Mortgage.
After you’ve visited us at both of our booth locations and listened to Justin speak (twice), there’s still one more chance to get your dose of InGenius at the show. We’ll be participating in the Salesforce Live Demo Jam at 10:30 am on Friday, September 28. Held at the Salesforce Live Stage, Trailhead Zone in Moscone West, you’ll have the chance to see super fast, live demos of several Salesforce apps and vote for the one you think is best. We haven’t seen the competition, but we’re pretty sure the winner is us… with your help!
