As Managing Director of Strategic Proposals Limited, Jon has worked with bid and proposal teams in over thirty countries worldwide – in sectors such as ICT, financial services, outsourcing and logistics. Jon started his career in procurement, before moving into proposal management in 1999. He’s set up and managed several winning proposal centres, radically increased the win rates of numerous others, and helped sales teams to capture and retain billions of pounds of contracts.

As a trainer, he’s helped some 2,000 candidates to gain APMP certification – and he’s a Fellow of both APMP and the Royal Society of Arts. He’s won numerous industry awards for his work and is a regular keynote speaker at industry events.
