RightAnswers is now the only software company licensed to offer KCS® workshops, exams and certification. Last week was our formal entrée into the world of KCS training, and we’re pleased as punch!
Gracing our offices was none other than Greg Oxton, Executive Director of the Consortium for Service Innovation (the developers of the KCS methodology) and President of the KCS Academy. Greg led our first three-day workshop for RightAnswers staff and clients, who all passed the exam and are certified on KCS Practices V5.

RightAnswers staff took an additional exam to qualify for KCS Trainer Certification. They are now certified trainers in the KCS Academy’s KCS Practices v5 Workshop and administer the KCS Practices v5 Certification exam (which is the master level KCS Certification in the industry) as well as the KCS Leadership workshop and variations of those two workshops.
While we’ve always trained our clients on KCS principles and best practices, this accreditation enables us to expand our KCS training program and certify our clients and other knowledge professionals.
It means that RightAnswers is the only company with KCS V5 Verified technology, on-boarding programs and authorization to deliver KCS training and exams.
