Every AccuRoute Customer Receives Unparalleled Support
Every client with a current maintenance agreement is entitled to contact with a live, knowledgeable support professional who’s trained to efficiently solve a wide array of AccuRoute issues and concerns. In addition to Web-based access to our knowledge base, you enjoy access to an FTP site for software downloads and updates and full documentation.
AccuRoute Advantage Support and Maintenance Packages
Access the help you need, when you need it. Our in-house technical support representatives are experts in AccuRoute and underlying technologies. Visit our customer support portal where you can create, update, escalate and view service requests. You’ll also be able to look for solutions.
Advantage Support customers receive an elevated level of service and can call with inquiries about their installed AccuRoute solution.
Advantage Plus Support customers are entitled to software maintenance releases whenever they leave the AccuRoute Tech Operations Center.
Advantage Gold is our most feature-rich and robust support service offering. Gold customers enjoy all of the benefits of our other service levels while also also receiving priority escalation directly to the AccuRoute Engineering Group.
Advantage Enterprise customers enjoy all of the benefits of our Plus level support while also receiving Pro-Active Help Desk Support, API & Developer Support, and much more.
