High-level, this release encompasses three major benefits:  

  • More data automation options to make building and assembling accurate and effective relationship maps quicker. 
  • A more user-friendly ‘Manage Contacts’ experience in relationship maps that better surfaces contact suggestions and must-add contacts. 
  • Simplified and decluttered data-driven views of actions and objectives to help keep sellers and managers aligned. 

Let’s take a deeper dive into each of these core benefits within the release.  

Relationship Map Enhancements

The ‘Manage Contacts’ function on relationship maps has been reconfigured into a new, side panel. The UI change better surfaces existing manage contact functionality and adds new functions to incorporate more data automation capabilities into relationship mapping.

These data enhancement capabilities include an option to automatically import contacts to whom your primary selected contact reports to – unveiling reporting structures easily, as seen in the image above. Another is an option to add previously recorded contact attributes automatically when importing a contact, as seen in the image below.

Other added functionality includes drag and drop contacts from the ‘Manage Contacts’ panel, importing previously created relationship maps, advanced search, and more. 

Enhancements to Objectives and Actions 

The ‘Objectives and Actions’ page within Altify Accounts is transformed with an optimized design within version 9.13. The streamlined user interface is intended to bring more clarity around objectives and actions for both sellers and their managers. The sleek new layout features an interactive donut chart to quickly understand the objectives and actions.

Now you can view objectives and actions with two different vantage points. Data view of objectives and actions gives sellers a detailed view, while the list view is intended to give managers a quick, comprehensive overview. Additionally, a new filtering process for objections and actions declutters the respective screens.
